You have trusted advisors. But who helps you with the relationships in your business?

All families experience conflict, and with a family business, the conflicts can easily spill over into the workplace. This affects not only the quality of relationships at work, but can negatively impact productivity, profitability, and other bottom-line measures. Lack of trust affects not only the morale and engagement of family members, but also non-family employees. I help transform these conflicts through discussion, clarification, mediation, and collaboration so that the family relationships can be as open, trusting, and effective as possible.

Coaching for Entrepreneurial Couples

Every couple experiences joy as well as struggle in their effort to build a happy, fulfilling life together. When one or both spouses are the owners of a small business, there can be added challenges, ones outside the experience of other families. Questions about finances, business direction and strategy, employees, vacation time, and more can create conflict between the partners when these issues are brought into the home sphere. Drawing and maintaining boundaries between work and home are particularly hard for entrepreneurial couples.

As a licensed psychologist and marriage and family therapist, I can provide coaching to entrepreneurial couples struggling with their relationship. With my background in business management and executive coaching, I can provide support and guidance on both the personal and the business fronts.
